Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unused, unassembled, with all tags and packaging). Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • We cannot accept returns on final sale items or personalized products

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and quality standards, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened Bath & Body products
  • Used Candles & Home Fragrances
  • Final sale items (clearly marked during checkout)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
