Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unused, unassembled, with all tags and packaging). Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- We cannot accept returns on final sale items or personalized products
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene and quality standards, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened Bath & Body products
- Used Candles & Home Fragrances
- Final sale items (clearly marked during checkout)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
